Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Cancellation
Due to the unique, handmade nature of each Pawkémon squishy, we cannot support returns or exchanges without a valid reason. If you wish to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order and before shipment is scheduled. Cancellations requested after 24 hours or once your order has been prepared for dispatch will incur a 20% restocking fee (we can only refund 80% of the total paid).
Returns (if applicable)
- Eligibility: You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video showing the condition upon arrival.
- How to Return: Email pawkemonsales@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing video. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for retaining tracking information. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Note: Due to small-batch variations, slight texture or color differences are normal and not a valid return reason.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Standard Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: If goods have been dispatched and are in transit, or if you cancel after 24 hours, only 60% of the purchase price is refundable.

Exceptions: No refunds are issued for received orders unless the item is incorrect or defective. In such cases, please email pawkemonsales@gmail.com with photos of the unused product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
After‑Sales Service & Damages
Upon receiving your package, please inspect for damage immediately. If you identify any issues, record an unboxing video—this is required for any after‑sales service. Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of our approval notice, please:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
